Your memories are yours. We never sell, license or advertise with them. They live in your country's own local cloud, and you can export or delete them any time.

2. What we collect
Account details, the photos and videos you choose to sync, contacts you import, and basic device and usage information needed to run the service.
4. Face data
Face matching runs only to organise your memories and share event photos with people who were there. You can turn it off, and it is never used for advertising.
5. Where your data is stored
In your country's own local cloud by default, or in your own cloud if you connect one. You can export everything at any time.
7. Your rights
Access, correction, export, deletion and withdrawal of consent, under India's DPDP Act 2023 and, where applicable, the GDPR.
8. Children
Users under 18 need verifiable parental consent before any photos sync. We never profile children or use their data for advertising.
