Frequently asked questions
- What happens after the free month?
- You choose Basic or Premium. If you don't, your memories stay safe and readable; new uploads pause.
- Do duplicates use my space?
- No. The same photo shared across family phones is stored once and counted once.
- Where is my data stored?
- In your country's own local cloud, or in your own cloud if you connect one.
- Can I leave and take everything?
- Yes. Full export in open formats, any time, on every plan.
